Chair Yoga
Keep your mind, body and spirit healthy through the use of the breath and meditation, as well as this gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting in a chair, or standing using a chair for support. A mat is required as the area is not carpeted. Chair yoga is generally practiced wearing loose, comfortable clothing and socks/shoes.
Wednesdays: 11 AM - 12 PM
Fridays: 10 AM - 11 AM
