Renting the Hall
Costin Hall is a perfect venue for your performances, celebrations, and community events. The facility includes a large hall with bar and coat check area, and a fully-equipped kitchen.
The hall has a fire rated capacity of 189 banquet style or 240 seated guests. Rentals include folding resin chairs and 30" x 84" folding resin tables. In addition, a large roll down projection screen located on the stage is available.
Rental rates

Damage deposit
A damage deposit of $400, payable by post-dated cheque, is due at time of booking.

Please complete the Booking Inquiry below. We will respond to you within 48 hours of receipt of the booking inquiry.
Once we receive your booking inquiry, the Rental Agent will be in touch. if you decide to make a booking, you will then complete a Rental Contract.
Please note that your Date & Time will only be reserved for you when the following 3 steps are complete:
- You have completed a rental contract
- You have provided a post-dated cheque as damage deposit, which will be destroyed after the event if the facility is left clean, tidy and undamaged after your event.
- You have submitted the rental fees in full to the treasurer.
